VISION

By implementing intelligent high-efficiency pumps, roof and facade planting, and effective rainwater and graywater utilization, a signifikant contribution to sustainable building management is to be achieved for the Tonkin Tower II. Ongoing sensor measurements of meteorological parameters, supporting microclimatic simulations and the bundling of information in a Digital Twin will be used to scientifically monitor the effects of these measures. The implementation and monitoring of such technologies also require a transdisciplinary cooperation between science, industry, and construction companies.
